Social and Community Participation
Enhance well-being and build strong communities through participation in our Social and community events.
What are Social and Community Participation services?
Humans are social animals, so we need each other for our personal and mental development. At Care of Australia, one of the top disability service providers in Australia, we strive to create a welcoming community where individuals can connect. Our Social and Community Participation services help to explore new activities, and you can access them in your own house or at our centers.
What activities will I get to do?
We offer every way to be part of our Social and Community Participation services. Every individual is different in their interests. You can participate in our various activity options include club, participating in sports, working out in the gym, dancing, drama, surfing, music class, and photography. Other options to do the gardening, cooking classes, Voluntary works, etc.
On the other hand, if you want to hang out with friends at BBQs or movie nights, we provide you with all the support!
It’s all up to you!
If you’re interested, we can also support your efforts to take charge of meaningful causes such as Meals on Wheels or Vinnies.
Do we offer group programs?
Yes, of course. You can be part of our center-based programs or day services, in which you can spend the day with one of our welcoming hubs.
You have the freedom to choose the activities, whether it’s swimming, horse- riding, or art class, you have the final say.
