How We Approach It
Clear household expectations.
We identify the specific tasks, expected frequency, areas of the home involved,
participant preferences, access arrangements and any environmental risks.
This avoids vague expectations and helps both the participant and worker
understand what is included.
Who This May Suit
Assistance with ordinary household tasks.
Participants whose disability-related needs create a requirement for assistance with ordinary household tasks.
Quality, Safety & Accountability
Respect for the participant's home.
Workers are expected to respect the participant's home, privacy, belongings
and preferences. Hazardous, trade, specialist cleaning or tasks outside the
agreed scope are not assumed to be included.
